Vissel have just announced their new manager for 2009.Luiz Carlos Saroli (commonly called "Caio Junior") has just finish one season as manager of Flamengo in Brazil. Until today, I had never heard of him, but Flamengo finished 5th in Brasileiro Serie A this year so I'd like to think he comes to Kobe with a bit of experience.
