Vissel 0 - 2 F.C.Tokyo

Vissel were unable to give new manager Wada a dream start to his new career as a J1 manager, going down 2-0 to F.C.Tokyo at home. The score was a fair reflection of the game and it leaves us only 1 point above the relegation zone in 15th place.

It was not all gloom and doom though. Wada didn't even include Marcel in the squad indicating that he has seen what we all have over the last few months. We never really looked like scoring but there seemed to be a sense of hope in both players and fans right up to the final whistle, and most of us left the ground accepting the fact we were beaten by a better team. Wada had only 3 days to prepare for the game and I'm convinced that Ganaha, Okubo and Mogi can develop some chemistry up front given time to train together without Marcel.
